Midwest Chapter/MLA procedures are documented in a wiki. Any chapter member may request access to the wiki and edit procedures. The Procedure Manual is an informal document that describes the business of the Chapter. In all cases of conflict, the Chapter Bylaws and Policies take precedence. Annual Business Meeting: The Annual Business Meeting is held during the Midwest Chapter / MLA Annual Conference.
Executive Board Meetings: The Spring Executive Board Meeting is held in March or April each year. The Fall Executive Board Meeting is held at the beginning of the Midwest Chapter / MLA Annual Conference.
